QUALIFICATIONS
  • Possession of a Matric certificate mandatory (FSB compliance)
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach)
  • Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM
  • High level of enthusiasm, initiative and energy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to close a sale successfully
  • RE 5 will need to be completed within 24 months from date of appointment; would be advantageous if already obtained
  • Recognised Qualifications to be obtained 72 months from date of appointment; would be advantageous if already obtained
  • Possess previous sales experience in the medical insurance sector
